Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Knowable, including our website, courses, and related services (together, the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your sign-in credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to use the Service.

Knowable generates course content using artificial intelligence based on the prompts and preferences you provide. AI-generated content may contain errors or omissions. The Service is provided for general educational purposes only and does not constitute professional, medical, legal, or financial advice. Always verify important information independently.

You retain ownership of the prompts you submit. You grant us a license to use your prompts to generate, operate, and improve the Service. Courses you create are for your personal, non-commercial use unless we agree otherwise in writing.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to generate content that is unlawful, harmful, infringing, or deceptive;
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service;
• Scrape, resell, or redistribute the Service or its content without permission;
• Circumvent usage limits or billing.

Some features require a paid subscription. Prices, billing intervals, and included features are shown at checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store your full payment card details. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.

The Service, including its design, software, catalog courses, and branding, is owned by Knowable or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights other than the limited right to use the Service as intended.

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Knowable will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice through the Service or by email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
